Accommodation Booking
For your hotel reservation in Frankfurt for IFC 2025, we have secured a number of rooms at preferential rates across various price categories.
Given the limited room availability in Frankfurt, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible to ensure the best selection of hotels.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional hotels around the venue are also available for you to choose from in case
you do not want to take advantage of the room blocks reserved for IFC 2025.
Please note that plant tours will begin on October 8th, so hotel rooms will not be needed in Frankfurt afterwards.

In regards to possible post-congress nights for your bookings, please be informed that another event will take place in Frankfurt
during the same period as the IFC 2025, and some hotels are experiencing availability issues already.
Please note that a city tax of EUR 2,00 per person & night will be charged in addition to the room rate.
